USAGs Acro and Tumbling Team is an emerging sport in gymnastics to include: tumbling, tosses, acrobatic lifts and pyramids.  It combines elements of tumbling, cheerleading and other acro disciplines.

Classic Buds is an introductory class for adult and toddler (15 months - 3 years). The coach teaches to the parent or caregiver, and assists with the child.

Xcel girls only prep team - Our goal is to provide our gymnasts with a rewarding and challenging gymnastics experience in preparation for competition on floor, balance beam, uneven bars and vault - 9 combined hours weekly.

Springer/Shooting Stars age (9+). 2-hour intermediate - advanced. Handsprings and aerial moves.

Our Strength and Conditioning class is a fun and challenging experience geared to individual students OR for families who want to work out together. You will learn about sets, reps, volume and rest periods.

This class accommodates the beginner/advanced beginner level girls, for our students age 9+.

Parents can watch this teacher-led introductory gymnastics class for 3-year-olds, from our observation area. Kids have fun learning gymnastics basics while becoming more independent and social. Curriculum designed for 3-year-olds encourages the development of balance, strength, flexibility, body awareness, and confidence.

Future Stars Tumbling & Trampoline class is a fantastic class for all tumblers and cheerleaders, ages 6-11, wanting to work on Handstands, Cartwheels, Round Offs, Handsprings, and Jumps.
