For boys only. All Boys classes are 1-hour classes for our Beginner through Intermediate athletes age 6-14. After a warm-up, the group will be divided according to age and ability for rotations. Building strength and flexibility are major components of men’s gymnastics. The upper body strength required for men’s apparatus is significant. You will see the boys progress in skills on floor, pommel horse, mushroom, rings, vault, trampoline, parallel bars and high bar as the summer goes by. Gymnastics is an excellent activity/sport to increase core strength and skill while catering to a boy’s need for self-control, perseverance, confidence, and goal setting. Your son will run, jump, balance and flip! The athletic skills he will learn in class will help develop the upper body strength needed. Plus, these skills will transfer to any sport he may choose in the future.
- Our summer session is a 10-week flexible
- You may sign up for as many weeks as you like; however, we have a required 4-week minimum enrollment. (The weeks do not have to be consecutive.)
- THE ENTIRE SUMMER TUITION IS DUE UPON ENROLLMENT
- Please indicate # of weeks desired and whether you are active-duty military, in the class notes box when registering. Please show your military ID at the desk.
- We will bill you after approving your request.
