Our Strength and Conditioning class is a fun and challenging experience geared to individual students OR for families who want to work out together. The class is designed to strengthen your all-around athletic ability. You may register for one or more classes weekly; strength and conditioning will enhance any gymnastics class. The stronger you get; the easier skills are achieved. The 1-hour class will be interspersed with fun cardio games to excite all ages. You will learn about sets, reps, volume and rest periods.
