USAGs Acro and Tumbling Team is an emerging sport in gymnastics to include: tumbling, tosses, acrobatic lifts and pyramids. It combines elements of tumbling, cheerleading and other acro disciplines. The governing body for our sport is NCATA which offers college scholarships.
Boys and girls compete together on this USAG team, and athletes do not age out. (Ages 5 through adult)
Xcel Team offers female athletes individual flexibility, as they pursue a rewarding and challenging gymnastics experience.
Our gymnasts will prepare for competition on floor, balance beam, uneven bars, and vault.
