USAGs Acro and Tumbling Team is an emerging sport in gymnastics to include: tumbling, tosses, acrobatic lifts and pyramids. It combines elements of tumbling, cheerleading and other acro disciplines. The governing body for our sport is NCATA which offers college scholarships.
Boys and girls compete together on this USAG team.
Xcel Team offers female athletes individual flexibility, as they pursue a rewarding and challenging gymnastics experience.
This is a Pre-team for our female athletes, in preparation for future competition. We currently train bronze, silver and gold levels for competition, with the expectation of growing our golds to a platinum level.
