Parkour (Summer)

Parkour requires balance and strength such as push-ups, pull-ups, and squats. We will practice landing and rolling moves, coordination and footwork as we navigate obstacle courses. When you parkour, you feel like a cool ninja or a superhero out to save the world. This class is suitable for ALL ages and genders.
