This is a 1.5-hour boys only class for our Intermediate and Advanced athletes 8+, which teaches that building strength and flexibility are major components of men’s gymnastics. The upper body strength required for men’s apparatus is significant. You will see the boys progress in skills on floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, trampoline, parallel bars and high bar as the months go by. Conditioning, flexibility and strength training are part of the Springer Boys curriculum.
- Our summer session is a 10-week flexible schedule.
- You may sign up for as many weeks as you like, however, we have a required 4-week minimum enrollment.
- THE ENTIRE SUMMER TUITION IS DUE UPON ENROLLMENT
