This one hour and 50 minute class accommodates our intermediate through advanced gymnasts age 9 and up. These athletes have developed the strength and flexibility they need to accomplish more advanced skills on floor, bars, beam, vault and trampoline. Call it an art or a sport, gymnastics at this level requires more dedication. Springers and Shooting Stars classes include handsprings and aerial moves.
