Our Strength and Conditioning class is a fun and challenging experience geared to individual students OR for families who want to work out together. The class is designed to strengthen your all-around athletic ability. You may register for one or both classes weekly; strength and conditioning will enhance any gymnastics class. The stronger you get; the easier skills are achieved. The 1-hour class will be interspersed with fun cardio games to excite all ages. You will learn about sets, reps, volume and rest periods. Tuition is based on our flexible summer schedule and tuition will be billed monthly during the schoolyear.
- Our summer session is a 10-week flexible schedule.
- You may sign up for as many weeks as you like, however, we have a required 4-week minimum enrollment.
- THE ENTIRE SUMMER TUITION IS DUE UPON ENROLLMENT
