Strength and Conditioning
1-hour (age 5 and up!)
A fun and challenging experience, geared to individual students OR families who want to work out together. Designed to strengthen your all-around athletic ability. You may register for one or more classes weekly.
Strength and conditioning will enhance any gymnastics class. The stronger you get, the easier skills are achieved. Learn about sets, reps, volume, and rest periods, interspersed with fun cardio games to excite all ages.
